Refund & Withdrawal Policy

1. Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products supplied electronically whose performance has begun after the customer's consent.

2. Refunds
A refund may be granted only if the supplied license is demonstrably non-functional, after verification by technical support. The request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
