General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

The website www.123licence.com is operated by EU INFORMATIQUE, a SAS with variable capital.

The website 123 Licence is a brand operated by EU INFORMATIQUE.

ARTICLE 2: PURPOSE AND ACCEPTANCE
These GTCS govern the sale of IT products and related services between EU INFORMATIQUE and any individual or legal entity (the Buyer). Validating an order constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

ARTICLE 3: PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices: Prices are indicated in euros, including VAT and excluding delivery costs. EU INFORMATIQUE reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Payment: Payment is made by bank card or any other secure method offered on the Shopify platform. Bank card details are systematically encrypted during transmission.

ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided when the order is placed. Delivery times are given for information purposes only. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Buyer may request termination of the sale and a full refund.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (Legal)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days after receiving your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returns: Products must be returned at your expense in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) to the registered office address.

Refund: EU INFORMATIQUE will refund all amounts paid within 14 days following receipt of the returned products.

ARTICLE 6: WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All products benefit from:

The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@euinformatique.fr.

ARTICLE 7: LIABILITY
EU INFORMATIQUE cannot be held liable for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product or from hardware incompatibility not specified by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 8: DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)
The personal information collected is necessary to manage your order. It is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.

ARTICLE 9: DISPUTES AND MEDIATION
Mediation: In the event of a dispute, you may use the services of an accredited consumer mediator free of charge.

Applicable law: These GTCS are governed by French law.

Competent court: Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the company's registered office (Alès/Nîmes).
